Turning ideas into reality.
I am a very passionate individual, who is always looking to challenge myself and learn, allowing me to always keep up with ever changing technology.
I have over 20+ years of experience in Visual Design and Advertising. I graduated from Buffalo State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design, Concentration in Visual Communication. I started my career at a small print and design company called Minute Print Inc. During my time there I gained invaluable experience in not only graphic design, but also in pre-press.
I continued to expand myself into the corporate world, working as a Graphic Designer for Citibank. At Citibank I designed many elements, including brochures, postcards, business cards, forms, interactive PDFs, presentations for conferences, emails, thank you cards, post cards, invitations, newsletters, bio-books, and user guides. I worked with printers, proofreaders, and other design departments from Dubai to London. From there I began working at Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) at Camp Lejeune.
At MCCS I furthered my abilities to include vehicle wraps, signs, flyers, posters, booklets, tee-shirt design, logo design, branding, video filming, video editing, photography, web design, web development, HTML, CSS, responsive design utilizing Bootstrap, web analytics, SEO, Social Media Administration, digital design, and presenting at presentations.
Then a new opportunity presented itself to me that I could not pass up. It was a far departure from anything else that I had done so far in my career, but turned out to be very rewarding. As a Lead Maintenance Technician for AGI, I was responsible for servicing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment on farms and Co-ops. This position made me a perfect fit for another position within the company as a Training Coordinator. Using my prior education and skills, I applied my hands-on experience with equipment and design, to be a one stop shop as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for all of AGI. Creating training videos with voice-overs, content, courses, email campaigns, surveys, and working with subject matter experts - to produce compelling product training for customers, dealers, and employees.
